FAQs

What you need to know

How do I sign up for an assessment?

To get started with an assessment, simply reach out to us via the contact form above. We'll promptly respond within 48 hours to ensure your furry friend can hit the ground walking as soon as possible!

How do you access my home?

We offer flexibility based on your convenience and preference. You have two options:

  1. If you have a keyless entry system such as a front door code or a garage code, you can simply provide us with the code.

  2. Alternatively, you can opt for a lockbox arrangement where your keys are securely stored for our access during scheduled walks.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Should you need to cancel within this time frame, please note that the full amount for the walk will be charged.

When do you walk and what are your hours of operation?

Our pack walks unfold from 9:00 am to 11:00 am every Tuesday through Thursday. For those seeking focused training sessions, our Training Walks are scheduled between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

Do you require a minimum number of walks per week?

Consistency and routine are paramount for your dog's well-being, which is why I highly recommend weekly walks as the optimal choice. However, it's not a strict requirement. Our Pack Pass option caters to dogs who walk once a week or more. This Pass includes 9 walks with an additional free walk, totaling 10 enjoyable outings for your furry companion.

How do you transport my dog for walks?

We will arrive at your home in our insured vehicle, which is fully equipped to transport your pup and their furry friends comfortably to our walking destination.
